In this initial workshop, the first in a 3 part series, we will introduce the concept of the nine grid and how we can abide by it with doubles. I will introduce figure 8 handpaths and 3 staff length motions, and I will demonstrate how to transfer from a typical 4 grid to a 9 grid and what geometry you can achieve by doing so.
Specific moves will consist of Atomic 4 petal antispins, atomic hybrids, 3 staff length hybrids.
